"Rest. Mina 's Restarant in new Windsor, n.y. is very nice and clean, service for us was very friendly and reasonable attentive. the food was tasteful, but the wow factor was missing. The baked steak and steak with onions was extremely thin and hard to chew. based on the appearance of this restaurant and our food-out experience, one would expect a higher quality cut of meat even if the price for this dish was somewhat higher. also, the cuban black beans lacked the authentic Cuban taste, i.e. cumin, olive oil, onions, etc. it was also too watery. We want to return and hope that these observations will be viewed as constructive comments."

"Update:Owner was very quick to reach to correct the previous experience, and all here including waiting staff are very friendly. ordered the pad thai with huh today tasted as I remembered it, a lot taste, a lot huh and easy one of the top Thai place in monroe. my other favorite is her panang curry. it is served with rice and comes into the big to-go container. I have seen other restaurants giving only half a size to go for the same price. in any case worth a visit!"

"Despite the 4 star rating, I think it should be a 4.7. The turnip greens were really good fresh. The black-eyed peas seemed undercooked though, but fresh. They had the thickest French bread, but the thinnest pork chop... The pork chop was as thin as sandwich meat. The brownie was really delicious. The staff is super friendly the place was really clean. They had hand sanitizer in two different places in the dining room. Great atmosphere. Despite the thinly sliced pork chop the undercooked black-eyed peas, this place was still really worth the money we spent!"

"I was here a month or so ago, I bought an $8 oatmeal bowl, which wasn't anything special. First off, the two girls that worked there were nasty to me. Second off, they told me they had no idea what the wifi password was in a very rude way. I was struggling with a lot of mental health issues around this time, and how they treated me really ruined my day. Also, for an $8 Oatmeal, at least let me use your wifi, AT LEAST. I've managed restaurants and it's basic customer service to be polite and treat others with respect, especially if they are spending money at your establishment. Will never support this place again and I told all of my friends, and as they were disgusted, they will not be supporting this place either."

"My wife Linda and love this place!! Best food in the state! We had all prepared our holiday food from them all from turkey to deserts. And the people who work there are always ready to help with your decisions. I have to give the food and bread 5 stars and the people who work there 10. Thanks guys keep the great work #4 no onions!!"
