"I live very close to Sirtaj, and when I get the (rare) chance to have Indian I usually use these guys.Most times the food has been great but the service average, so overall it was an ok experience. This time neither were good unfortunately. The lamb curry was watery, salty and bland. Luckily I had their awesome Garlic & Cheese naan to eat with it.All in all it was a bad experience, and i guess we all have off days - even chefs.The other main setback with these guys is the waiting time. Be prepared for at least 45mins to 1 hour wait for an order. It might be a sign that they are busy but my advice would be to hire more staff to keep up and maybe a bigger kitchen. You should sway with the restaurant next door which is 5x the size and always empty!"

"Excellent, efficient service. The wait staff was polite and helpful. The menu choice was sufficient for lunch. The portion size was plentiful, the food attractively plated and the steak cooked to exactly as asked, rare'. The meal was delicious. Overall a very pleasant dining experience."

"I've had oysters all over the world and at some notable seafood restaurants like Doyles at Watson's Bay, in Sydney, but I have never had oysters served freshly shucked, with the "lid" of the oysters still attached to the oyster! They were served cold and without a doubt, the best oysters I have ever had. We were having lunch so we selected the Pig 'N' Whistle Burger and the Pulled Pork Roll. Both were terrific. The staff were really friendly and very professional. The beer is well chilled and the Sauv Blanc on tap, a NZ Marlborough, is also served cold; it's a pity the glasses aren't also kept cold as it takes the edge off the wine a little quicker than if the glasses are cold. We will definitely be back for a dinner meal as the menu is extensive and some of the choices need sampling!"
