"I've only gotten takeaway here and it was really good. big selection of pizzas with some different combinations plus your classics. I got the roman pizza which had eggplant, anchovies, basil and chilli flakes. the medium size ($20) was enough for two of us. the service was friendly and came out quickly."

"Paid $70 for 4x 'regular ' pizzas on a Saturday night to feed 5 people. We were shocked to recieved 4x small size pizzas. One pizza was literally the size of my hand and enough to feed one person at the most. Food was stone cold and pizzas were terrible. I phoned the restaurant and was advised that Deliveroo took longer than 40mins to collect the delivery. That was fine, Deliveroo partially refunded the order, however, this did not take away from the price and size of the terrible pizzas. I suggested changing the word 'regular ' to 'small ' on the menu and reviewing their prices. I was advised that the manager would be notified. Since I 'm not the first person to complain about this issue, I doubt anything will be done. Be assured, I will never be returning here again. Ever."

"I went on the way to grey street to meet lady meatball and mini meatball for dinner when I was eating a man who eats a pepper pizzeria, and it looked good, I kidnapped, ordered a few pieces of pepperoni pizzeria and then engaged the staff in the conversation while it was often warmed up. only then I realized that this was the same new york slice that has in the valley, on the caxton street, in kangaroo point and a few other places in brisbane. No matter, I decided to put my previous disappointing experiences aside and focus on the opposite. the pizza was served hot. "We regularly visit West End for a business meeting on a Monday and often eat in Hardgraves Street afterwards for lunch. We noted Luigis was always closed on a Monday, so today we were excited being a Friday, that we would be able to finally enjoy a pizza and a glass of wine before heading back to the Gold Coast. We approached the restaurant and noted the tables were set up outside, the A board displayed and the entry door open, inside there were 3 or 4 guys at the counter, so we ventured inside only to be told they don't open until 12, and this was ten to 12!! Guys, come on, step up to the hospitality plate, you are not a bank or a post office.....there was no 'hey we are not quite open yet, but can we sit you down and offer you a drink, where would you like to sit, etc' We walked out feeling very unwelcome, and reconsidered our options. We decided to eat at another of our favourite restaurants in the same strip, great food, great service as always. We won't darken Luigi's doorstep again, the clock ticks soundly at this place."
