"This was our special night out on holiday so we booked days ahead, but still only got an outside table on a cool night. The heater placed near us only kept one of us comfortable. I can’t complain about the service and everything arrived without...us having to wonder where… but the food was the big letdown. My pork belly, while nicely presented was very overcooked, I even had a suspicion it was reheated, like yesterdays meat pies. Very dark and dry on the bottom. My two lady friends had the seafood chowder and both felt it was just average, no thickness that they expected. Overall we left cold and disappointed."

"The Velo project is an unexpected gem in the backstreets of mooloolaba. they have a small selection of vegan items, including a cake or two, but they look at expansion. great coffee, dogs are welcome in the courtyard (they have a separate snack menu for the 4 foot) and they often have activities for children. as caffe to visit 5 stars vegan eating 3 stars. all yummy only need more of them. some employees are still a bit unclear what vegan is. so average 4 stars"

"Great street food . Good menu with lots to choose from. Order at the bar and it comes out fairly quickly. Served in takeaway type boxes . Good value and tasty."

"I am coeliac and was advised the food was safe to eat and they were right. Wide range of food on the menu all super tasty and great value. We had a coeliac chicken Parma n fries. $17 My son HAd a cheeseburger for $10...it was a decent size. Staff very friendly Highly recommend we will be back this weekend"
