"Last night we went to have a couple of beers and ended up staying for dinner after seeing and smelling the great food coming out. I had meat and potatoes, which was a huge portion and so tasty that I ate the whole thing without hesitation.my gf has shrimp tacos, which was good as well but a little on the smaller side in my opinion. The meat on mine was like succulent pot roast with mashed potatoes and gravy, broccoli and green pepper, all piled together and topped with deep fried crispy onions.The beers are always cold and typical for a good brewery but higher abv and delicious. Beach cruiser is standard on the menu and citrus-ish, and light. Double IPA is always my fav and that's where I gravitate...always delicious. We will be back over and over!"

"I ordered the trio and my partner ordered the Pollo rosa Maria. Service was incredibly slow. The trio was cold and burnt. The Pollo Rosa Maria was cold and the chicken was overcooked and dry. We spoke to the wattress, she offered to remake it or take it off our bill. We requested that it get remade. Second trio arrived, also burnt. Second Pollo Rosa Maria arrived, also dry and overcooked. We spoke to the waitress. Her response this is just how we cook it. Our meals weren't edible. We tried to eat a few bites but burnt/overcooked food is terrible. We requested the bill. She brought the bill... Didn't charge us for the trio but charged us for 2 Pollo Rosa Maria's. We never ordered 2, we only ordered 1 and the 1 wasn't edible. We asked why. The waitresses response well you can't get a free meal. We don't expect a free meal but you shouldn't charge a person for 2 of the same meal when the kitchen screwed up, and we only ordered 1. We requested to speak to a manager. The waitress returned. She said your meal is comped. You're free to go, and then walked away. There was no apology. No manager. The waitress was bothered and irritated by our complaints. Terrible service. We were there for 1.5 hours and all we got was awful burnt food. We will not return."

"I have NO idea what people are talking about on here when they say that the Craftsman has bad food... Craftsman Chop Company has some of the BEST food I've had anywhere in the Kalamazoo area! Their staff is friendly AND knowledgeable. I love that the owners genuinely care how your dining experience goes- last time I went on a Saturday night and they came around with glasses of champagne for everyone waiting!! AND Craftsman is one of the few places in the area that takes reservations... which I made for next time. DEFINITELY RECCOMMENDED."

"My mom ordered 24 bundle boxes for Christmas. Website is wrong and very misleading. She ordered 12 couples boxes and was given holiday boxes which were $10 cheaper than the ones she ordered but still paid $60 for them. She ordered 12 breakfast boxes which the website said had 4-1# packages of breakfast sausage and were $55 When we got them they only had 2-1# packages of sausage in them. When she called and questioned the discrepancies she was told the website was probably wrong and would have to be changed but wasn’t offered any kind of refund.We are trying to do more things locally.Sorry we will not be returning customers"
