"Booked today for 8.45 clock as arranged, we were not expected. but we sat. eating was good excellent chowder, good net, children gougans so hard could not be eaten. they were happy to remove them from the bill. the biggest disappointment was that the bill was placed on the table before we were finished eating our main course. that meant no dessert or tea/coffee. and the toilets were dirty"

"No’t disappoint! Terrific dinner, charming service, beautiful atmosphere and decor, and tasty Indian beer too! Honestly, the best Indian food we’ve had since visiting India two decades ago and we live in California, where there’s no shortage of great restaurants! We’re only in Bundoran for 5 days, but we’ll likely stop back by for more of Spice Waves, especially considering it’s one of the only places that serves food past 8:30 p.m. Highly recommend! "After a disappointing and expensive meal in Rosses Point the previous evening we opted to go Italian in the Blue Leaf after another wonderful long day out in the air. We were hungry. While the decor is not anything to write home about the staff were lovely and extremely welcoming. I had a simple garlic prawns starter which was tasty and well presented. My wife went for lasagne and I had the spaghetti bolognaise. Both were excellent and large portions which exactly what you would wish for after a long day out and about. Good value and homely cooking all around and I could not speak highly enough about the staff. I thought I had left my glasses behind which I hadn’t and rang the restaurant that evening at 11pm not only did they check everywhere but they rang me back later to say they couldn’t find them and even sent me a photo the next morning of a another pair they had located). Way beyond the call of duty. Lovely staff and good Italian food. I would highly recommend if you are hungry and looking for a good satisfying pasta meal which is well priced."
