"Worst service I have had in ages. I dont know how long she will last, but for the sake of the customers, I hope it isn’t long. Food was not consistent in quality overcooked appetizers, no flavor to entrees. Sorry to say, I was hoping for a new fun place. If we were just going for drinks, it might have been a much better experience.Also, no signage to know if we were in the right place when we walked in. "The holiday is family owned; we were greeted by dead, served by tara, who was really friendly and attentive. the bar is well maintained; it has been rebuilt since I was last here. they have a 40-foot horseshoe bar and a terrace beer garden in the back. queso burger: spicy queso dip, jalapeños, queso fresco, tomato, cilantro schreddeded lettuce. excellent! the bark meat is a custom mix, freshly ground, and they can say it is high quality. I can recommend the holiday!"

"Loved the theming in this restraunt. A little over the top but fun. Food was good. Started with chips and salsa. Chips had low salt which was a nice change. Salsa had excellent flavor, and mild on the heat. Steak enchiladas looked great. Tasted good. Service was near perfect. Server always appeared at just the right time. Capped it off with fried ice cream. Expected the glaze to be a little sweeter. All in all good experience."
