"The whole ambiente is exceptional, the least to say! great prospects and even better business. do not hesitate to chat with their neighbours as the whole thinning experience is oriented towards an intimate but integrative experience. we have visited mezzanine several times, but have not, until...now, sang our joy at this jewel. the margaritas are strong and eating is from this world. try the top of Thai specialties is incredible! ricardo is excellent as most employees tend to their needs. do not miss this rare opportunity to enjoy what beach dunning is in paradise."

"I was incredibly lucky to be taken here by a mexican friend after the Pozole had been explained to me. This is a very traditional mexican dish, the flavour was just incredible and obviously slow cooked with love. It was incredibly well priced and came...with various accompaniments, all adding to the depth of the dish. This is a wee place you don't want to miss on your travels or being a local! Its so hard to find authentic old dishes like this in Tulum. Thank you so much for the experience, I'll be back next week for another visit :"

"The tacos al pastor are the best tacos we ate during our entire 2 week stay in Mexico - we came back twice! And 5 tacos were something like 50 pesos - I left a huge tip because it felt so wrong paying so little for something that good! It was mostly locals here so definitely not a tourist trap - what a great find! So, so good!"

"TOURIST WARNING ABOUT XULUM ZONA SANTA FE: Tulum’s ruins are beautiful and accessible by paying a tax fee and a ticket fee, as all monuments of due respect everywhere on earth. If you reach the area via Colectivo DO NOT LISTEN TO ANYONE, cross the road and begin your walk to the ruins pay what you owe and leave the place once you are done. Tourists alighting from any kind of transportation, mostly colectivos, are met by a group of people resembling very well some sort of public guide that has been put there by the council, wearing clothes with very official stuff written on and waiting by a gazebo with a “tourist information” sign. They start by explaining the way to the ruins and what needs to be paid, which sounds fair enough. However, they will propose this “amazing snorkelling experience in crystal clear waters where you will swim with turtles” with beach club included in Playa Paraiso, zona santa fe. Well let me tell you, it’s a rip off. Tulum is NOT suitable for snorkelling for the majority of months, the sea is covered in sargassum and although the snorkel is done off the coast it still is nowhere near crystal clear. Moreover, there isn’t a beach club, just umbrellas and some chairs, is not the place to hang around especially after an excruciating walk of more than 1 hour. After visiting the ruins make ur way back and go visit something else."
