"I don’t normally write reviews but felt that this time i should.I’ve been to the brick and fire many times and have had great service. I have always raved to friends and family about this place. Unfortunately the last few times i felt that the service and food sadly to say was not good.As soon as i walked in i introduced myself and was there for the pick up. the daughter of the restaurant didn’t even acknowledge i was there and another girl came to help me.if my family owned a business i’d be most great full for anyone who walked through that door. (they are not only eating at the restaurant butyour family name is on the line. coming from a similar industry- people who work for you let alone own the company should be happy and take pride on what they do. it’s respect to your family, fellow employees and ofcourse the customers. maybe this is why things are changing.The food we ordered was bad. the chicken fingers for the kids were well over cooked. the steak was suppose to be med rare….. came in well done and had a awful after taste.brick and fire did refund part of the food but it didn’t fix the fact that 3/4 people in my familyhad no food to eat. it doesn’t matter the cost. we always went their for the service and great food. I hope this feed back can be given andmore pride can come out to the ones who work their. Not sure if i would return."
