"Great place! The first thing I noticed when I came in was how good it smelled! We had ordered to go, but our server was still very nice. I had a sandwich that was great. Beautiful sponge Tangy rolls with great, juicy brisket. And the Pommes! Cut huge, fried beautiful and seasoned perfectly. I'll stop!"

"That was a really great culinary experience. it's like they cook their own private chef. the service is top notch. eating is fantastic and so unique. a few of the courts with dates were as beautiful as we do not see that much we are out. one is very obviously the great pride that the cook has in its restaurant. the staff is obviously well trained and our attention to the kitchen showed chef daniel lessons and demonstrate at his sous cook. I thought that was a nice note. we could see when they prepared our braided short nativity that was pretty cool. the room is small intimate and they seem to be in the position to interact with the cook and the staff at any level they prefer. everyone is very friendly. they will enjoy it. I don't know how you couldn't. the way it is set up and operated, it does not have a bad time. the owner/cook is like 15 feet away from them!"

"Good service. Eating taste is good. Nothing special. The reason I dropped a star is because the brisket was 50% fat, even after lean and the cornbread is served cold. I don't know why. You can tell someone that there is so much effort. If it were warm, it would be amazing. The server even noticed that it is a frequent complaint, but owners are not budge. I never had cold corn bread. I can't imagine why they don't change."

"Visit Palm Springs and wanted some BBQ. Online reviews were good, so it was here. Excellent craft beers and the dampest chicken I can remember. Delicious beans too. Huge salads. Very recommended."
