"We're from Louisiana visiting and wanted some authentic regional barbecue. The portion side of meat doesn't match the cost of the dinner. The turkey was okay, but nothing was great. It was okay. I wouldn't buy it again."

"I really enjoyed my meal and experience while eating dinner at this location. Crystal was an amazing waitress and was on top of everything, especially considering how busy this location is everyday I’ve been here in Waco. I am staying at the hotel across the street for a week of training at my new job, so I joined the waitlist online before I headed over there. Within minutes of arriving I had a table and a freshly made peach iced tea. I ordered my food shortly after getting my drink and HOT, fresh rolls… then I patiently waited for them to bring out the amazing steak I ordered. It’s seemed like forever, but it came out quickly, considering that pretty much every table was occupied. The staff here are definitely dedicated to providing the best dining experience to their customers. I may be down in Waco or the surrounding area for work in the future or passing through while traveling, so I will definitely make a stop here to eat if I get the opportunity again. Didn’t get a photo of the steak because it was just too good and I got distracted, but damn I wish I could make rolls this good."

"The prices on the line are off. 15.99 on Saturday. the table was clean with the same cloth they use on the hands. waiter was nice and friendly, but he wanted to be paid at the table. I told him twice that I would pay in register because one I needed to share the bill and two I had to change. I can't believe he's following me and standing there until I left him a tip. once again hot do not eat hot."

"Disappointed. The Bretzel app was overcooked. The dipping sauces were good. I have a bowl of chicken, salad, rice, pesto, guacamole and something else. The pesto was so spicy that I couldn't enjoy it. (I should have read the description better, but I felt rushed when our waitress went from table to table because they were briefly affected). Our waitress was very nice. My strawberry limonade was more syrup than lemonade. My daughter enjoyed most of her food, she can be picky and so ate her what she wanted. I wasn't impressed how I was there before going, I guess you need to go during the day and not around 730 at night to get a good kitchen staff. No respect for them, the place was full and the waiter went in any direction, but honestly to let customers come back, you should keep any shift to the same expectation."

"After some disappointing years at this chilli’s the last few paintings I was super. the mais on the cob and baby back ribs are as good as ever. I'll be regular again. the waiters are still busy as they are short staff, but they are polite and helpful, even if they know deep down, they are stressed. give them a smile and thank them for their hard work, it goes far."

"This place was so funny! my son (name logan) insisted while we were on vacation in waco. the hostess was very friendly and sat very fast. once our waitress came by and took our order. she was full of great suggestions and very helpful to ask ours. Once our food came out, we dig in! it was delicious and the portions were great! our waitress checked for us and our drinks immediately refilled. great place to take children or go alone. a great service!"
