"This place has fantastic food, and we'll go back to try something else. I hate, however, that I have to ask for a regular cup for my drink (if I wanted a Styrofoam cup, I would go to a fast food place), and the service can sometimes be a little slow. Luckily, the delicious food makes for the other things."

"Well let me share first that I had heard a lot of great things about this place. Unfortunately, this wasn't wholly my experience. First we had to wait a bit for a table and I didn't understand why nor did anyone explain or offer updates.? When finally seated the service was good. We first ordered the garlic bread which was quite good but it was not bread.. It was garlic bread toppings on a pizza crust. We then ordered the grazie salad or the house salad without the red peppers. It unfortunately came with the red peppers. We did pick them out. The salad was also very good. We combined their balsamic vinaigrette with their gorgonzola dressing and it was out of this world. Our disappoint came with the entrees. ? The lasagna was ok. Really quite average. I had such high hopes. My chicken parm was pounded to less than a quarter inch thick, way overcooked and was totally rubberized. I couldn't eat it. My family has come here for pizza several times and it was fantastic. Maybe we should just stick to the pizza. I was wholly disappointed with my experience the other night.?"

"The 2 ladies working tonight were on freaking fire those of us in there saw it firsthand! They were soooo busy, and a 3rd sat and watched them hustle sweat (and got up only after the rush had pretty much passed. But the other 2 were so darn friendly and customer service oriented, despite having to manage several orders one after another shred fresh lettuce, re stock supplies, etc. A couple of us recognized how hard they were busting their booties and wanted them to know how appreciated they both are. You two were the bomb JM's is lucky to have employees like you. Jersey Mike's owner(s recommendation to you! I'm guessing you make your staff share tips and if so, don't do that! We wanted to tip the ladies who busted their butts for us, not the 3rd or others from previous shifts. Those 2 busted it while the 3rd did nothing and even after she returned (I'm guessing from her break , she looked unhappy to be there and she sure didn't seem to have the service or hustle the other 2 had. Consider yourself lucky to have the 2...they are the epitome of customer service super stars! Oh, and the food was great too.??"

"This is a restaurant from MC-85 (Buckeye Road). It looks like it's going down from the outside, but don't fool you. This place has a good atmosphere with good food. They serve only breakfast and lunch and close to 2pm. I ordered the south of the border, a roast beef sandwich with cheese and green chilli. It was good and full of taste. If you ever think this way to stop for friendly service and great food."
