"My family and I have been coming here ever since I was little. Tonight I tried calling to place an order to go. 1st call declined, 2nd call kept ringing, 3rd call kept ringing. I went in person to place an order to go. The lady who helped me she hadlong pink nails, I didn’t catch her name, but wow I was treated so horribly. I said I tried calling and she replied they onlyhave 2 cooks and they haven’t been answering the phone for about 3 hours. She told me my order would take 15 minutes I saidthat was fine. About 5 minutes later she came out with my order. I said thank you that was fast! She replied, yeah I told themto hurry because you were in a hurry. I said thank you and left I was not pleased with her professionalism of responses. I gothome to open our food and literally had barely a scoop of rice and beans. I’ve never been treated so horribly by anyone hereat this restaurant. And tonight was not good at all."

"Good food great decor. I ordered a 1/4 pound burger with Cheddar cheese. It is served naked on a very substantial and tasty bun. Then you go to the condiments bar where they have everything but the kitchen sink. I made a killer burger just the way I like it. Hubby got a huge turkey burger with Swiss cheese and, likewise made to his liking. Fries were good. Service was Great. Our bill for 2 burgers with fries and 2 sodas was just under $20.00. I don't know what a previous poster ordered but don't know why it cost $36.00"

"This is place is really cool. Food is good. I like the interior of this place. Been there many times but last two times we were not lucky to get good server. Last time the server served soup spilled all over. Food was on the table but not the utensils. We were not satisfied with the service. But food was good. We will go back again with expectation of better service."

"Los Cucos makes me happy, it is a Houston, TX based restaurant, and is authentic Tex Mex. I crave the green salsa they bring with the chips. So happy when they opened up here, Utah sucks at Mexican food. Overall the service is good, though I don't recommend sitting at the bar [only time I had bad service]. It is noisy, but not overly. My husband and I LOVE coming to eat here. We come atleast once a month."
