"The restaurant does not seem big. Service staff was at best acceptable and probably sub standard. Or perhaps there was not sufficient manpower. Ordered half Forbidden Duck, Iberico pork with foie gras and yee mian. Duck meat and condiments were good but not memorable. Iberico pork comes with foie gras cube and mushroom cube. Foie gras had some smell. I think it was not a best place to order foie gras. We waited for 40-50 minutes for yee mian. Asked for waitress to check if it’s not prepared, please let me know and I will cancel it. Guess what the waitress did not get back to me and was busy serving other tables away from mine. My table wasn’t at a corner of the restaurant but it was extremely difficult to get the attention of that particular waitress. Finally when I got her after more than 5 minutes from my request, she replied, ok I will cancel for you. I said good. Guess what after another 2 minutes, a plate of yee Mian came out (dished out by another waitress) and the waitress gave the signal it was cancelled. I hope the food was not wasted because of the lack of communication. Anyway, first impression wasn’t good. Hope others can have better ones."

"Awesome char siew and roast pork!! I asked for the fatty char siew. It was sweet, sticky and fatty melt in your mouth char siew. Balance it off with the salty roast pork. Perfect for a carnivore diet. :D Also I paid $10 for a 2-person portion of char siew and roast pork platter and he gave a lot! Worth it! And there's also free soup made from the trimmings of the chicken, duck and pork. Free to take yourself. Oh and the chilli is good. Spicy and has enough chilli and garlic in it."

"This place has BY FAR the best roast pork I've ever tasted! The roast chicken pork ribs were also really good. The only complaint I have would be that the chili can be a bit spicier, but otherwise highly recommended!"

"Up to one of the best CNY dinners that I had, are made frying perfectly, the red groupers are steam with perfection, also they are fully booked and sitting on this day. yushan are the best, usually I touch it rarely, as most are sweet and oily, but this wah Lok version is fragrant, tasteful and fresh and we finish everything on the plate. service is really good, friendly and they serve them more like a family member instead of they customers. suppe we change it to the tune with fish maw, as we decide to shave should no longer in our dinning table."

"Tremendous food. Even the fat is delicious, savoured in a delicious slow cook marinade that melts in your mouth. Melts your brain, melts your heart. I landed on the moon. Though so wish the sauce for the crab omelette has more acid/sour."
