"I go there at least once a week, staff are friendly,,one lady especially makes you feel welcome and you want to come back. Food is always great ,,i like roast chicken ,they always have lots of fresh veggies. Great potato soup,,for the money , a good healthy meal."

"A pleasant surprise to find this very classy restaurant in the harbour town of Bay Roberts. Our last dinner in Newfoundland before returning home, we were pleased to find nicely cooked cod and delicious braised lamb on the menu. Friendly service and a view of the water at dusk made this a delightful ending to our vacation."

"This little Chinese/Canadian style restaurant has seen a few pleasant facelifts lately, in terms of the decor and you can achieve lemon chicken in a combination, simply by changing a gravy for a lemon sauce... Unfortunately, they've chosen to delete their famous (and only) desserts,...those being lemon meringue and cocoanut cream pies! It's really too bad, since many people like a dessert following a meal. Apparently, they said too many were seeing the garbage can, but isn't that an accepted cost of operating a restaurant? A little more would have done it..."
