"Overall, the experience here was absolutely terrible. The waiter was nice but It’s a filthy disgusting place. The food is awful. I saw the waiter drop a cup, and instead of washing it, she immediately put it back. The food is horrendous. Its got to be some of the worst food I’ve ever eaten I would’ve rather have eaten McDonald’s. I got a poutine and wings. My poutine lacked cheese was mostly gravy. My fries were soggy they taste like they were frozen and then reheated instead of fresh cut the wings were worse, they had been microwaved, and they tasted that way too. The decor is so outdated. It is laughable. Well I’m not a person that cares too much about what a restaurant looks like more about the quality of food. This was an absolute joke. I was served a drink in a plastic cup instead of glass when I go to a nice restaurant and I pay over $100 I expect to have at least a glass cup. The cutlery was dirty, which was absolutely disgusting thankfully my fork wasn’t and that’s the only one that I used. Overall, if you’re looking for a good meal, I’d avoid this place the food is laughable a child can make better food."

"We eat eat here all the time and never tire of it. The pad Thai is delicious. The green curry chicken is divine the lemon grass, the basil, the lime leaves.....so good. The owner and chef is a delightful woman, we simply adore her....It can get busy, so it's best to make a reservation. I highly recommend this place."

"We made the mistake of stopping here for a bite to eat on our way from Niagra Falls to Gananoque on a sunny Friday afternoon in late September. There's a beautiful Municipal beach right across the road. From the second we entered, there was a bad vibe and the Proprietor displayed an angry rude disposition. While we were ordering, we witnessed him speaking to a young lady, obviously a new Server, in a *very demeaning and disparaging manner. He also spoke to me in a very angry disrespectful manner. We would have left except my husband had already paid (its counter service). He charged my husband $8 for a small latte which is outrageous. The price wasnt posted. The fish and chips was very average. There was a table of dirty dished with food near ours the whole time we were there which was attracting a lot of wasps. All could have been overlooked if the service had been friendly, or even average, but for the *horribly inappropriate disrespectful manner he spoke to his employee and me in front of customers. It was disgraceful. Would not recommend and would never go back. My husband tipped the young lady because we felt badly for her."

"We passed through Port Hope, along the main street, looking for a quick treat and restoration. Lots of dessert selections to choose from here, with authentic ingredients! Atmosphere quaint. Overall experience and family owners were very pleasant. Nice."

"My husband and I were on a trek from Niagara Falls to Kingston and pulled off of 401 to grab dinner. We didn't have high hopes as we've been spoiled by Chicago pizza, but ended up being pleasantly surprised. We split a medium sausage and found the crust to be delightfully chewy and the sausage was flavorful and spicy. The price was extremely reasonable and the staff was courteous and quick."
