"We decided to have diner a few weeks ago with friends at this restaurant, based on the good reviews. We ordered pizzas, they were not outstanding, just ok. As I ate over half of my pizza, I realized that a hair was stuck in the...cheese. I called the waitress to show her the hair and all she said was: “oh, a hair”. She then took the plate and left. Not a word of apology. Since we were put off by this discovery, we asked for the bill immediately. A waiter offered a limoncello when he brought the bill, but my husband and I declined as we didn’t drink alcohol (we had water with our pizzas). I don’t know if this limoncello was a regular gift with the bill or intended as an apology for the hair, but what the point of offering something one cannot drink? As we checked the bill, we realized that my pizza was billed in full. I asked another waitress if if they really expected me to pay that pizza in full and she said yes! Honestly, what kind of service is that? And the manager never bothered to come to our table to apologize. We shall not come back. Anyway even without the hair incident the food is not worth the visit."
