"Been ordering from Heros for a little over a year with no issues, but the last few months have gone completely downhill.Tonight, our order had 1 wrong sandwich, a pasta dish was missing chicken, the side salad and bread. Not a huge deal but the side of fries did not include the usual side sauce. For the past couple of months all of our orders have had an issue. wrong order, pasta is always inconsistent, sometimes missing salad and/or bread)Tonight i called requesting a refund and was told it does not work like that, she is unable to refund my credit card. I manage a business and I am able to do this) She offered to discount my next order, but I informed her I would not be ordering here again.Sidenote- I tried to have a beer at their new bar they are advertising everywhere only to be told they are out of beer.Replying to the owner- I never said your food was bad! Its actually pretty good. However when my orders are consistently incorrect and missing items, Im probably going to stop ordering from you."

"Waited 30 plus minutes for food to arrive. At one point the waiter stopped at our table after serving a party that arrived after us their food and asked us what we ordered. We should have left then. After another 15 minutes our food arrived. I ordered the pot roast supper. Potatoes and carrots were not even close to being cooked. My wife ordered the roast beef and said no gravy. When it arrived it had gravy on everything. Probably the worse meal at Cracker Barrel we have ever had."

"The pizza here was spectacular for vegans and not vegans alike. I have the hongo mongo who had a delicious vegan garlic white soak. the crust was perfectly cooked and crispy at the edges. the truffledries were perfectly cooked and had stellar taste. white rabbit has just a price for best detroit style pan pizza in the usa- come try! service was super friendly staff."

"We have been customers of this place since it opened. I remember a time when the food was great. They would never have given us food that was not high quality. Over the last year, the place has slowly one downhill. We just paid $80 for a carryout order. Fish and chips was fine. Side salad barely covered the bottom of the container. Wedge salad was not fresh. I got no dressing. The toppings were not appetizing, and mostly red onion. I ordered extra crab meat or my soup."

"Came to brunch on Sunday and had groundless mimosas. I ordered the breakfast table that came with ice, sausage, French toast and regular toast. this is a regular brunch place for us and is always on the point for food and refill."
