"I came here because I was craving for Baumkuchen. It was pretty early for dinner so we enjoyed the quietness. The menu did not contain any pictures so we had no idea how big the portion would be. A friend and I ordered gyoza, soba, mix mushrooms and grilled salmon. The waiter came with huge plates every time : especially the grilled salmon, wait, three big slices of salmon I meant. We were really full even before we ordered the dessert. But Baumkuchen was the very first reason why we were there, so I ordered it anyway. And voila, only a few minutes later, a huge plate of Baumkuchen with two scoops of ice cream was served on our table. It was delish and maybe it would be a lot more enjoyable had I not eaten so much before :"

"We ate at this restaurant under it's previous name of Oriental Yum Cha and have been meaning to try it again since it changed ownership. We went with some friends and opted for the all-you-can-eat buffet which is good value if you are hungry. (Note that you get a 10% discount for paying cash.)There was a good selection of dumplings and pastries and they were of reasonable quality and flavour. The sweet items were good - egg tarts, mango pancakes and taufu fah (sweet tofu pudding). You can order items that do not appear on the dim sum trolleys directly from the staff but the service is just a little haphazard - perhaps the staff are too busy.The bathrooms are not that bad - the toilet cubicles were clean but perhaps the sink area in the ladies needs to be re tiled. The restaurant it quite modern and doesn't have the same noisy, buzzy atmosphere as the traditional yum cha restaurants."

"I was desperately looking for a place to get suahi from on my way home from the gym, this place looked a bit cheap so went in a bit sceptical and was about to turn just as a very lovely smiling man came running up to me happy to show me the menu, help me with all the bags I was carrying and offer me a seat both for me and my purse even though I was just getting take away. I didn't find what I was looking for on the menu (some fancey sushi rolls with fish) but the he assured me he could make whatever I wanted! And he did! I got three different personalised rolls (tuna,salmon and crab with different types of vegetables and even made them spicy as I mentioned I like). It was a lot of food, made excatly to me requirements and liking within 7min and fir only 13 dollars.I'm super pleased with both the personal service, prices and the excellent food. I've never had such exquisite service and personally made sushi in Brisbane before!I've had a lot of sushi in many different countries (only in Australia sushi seem for some reason to be mainly chicken(??)) And the combination, packing and quality was amazing!"
