"Book a Friday evening to discover the restaurant Le En Entrée grand bleu in Beaune, I was looking for a fish restaurant but in Dijon there is not much. I arrive in front of this restaurant and I discover a pleasant and beautiful setting, a small cozy terrace, with a nice welcome on arrival. I chose the big blue menu at 42 euros (if you want a 4th dish, the menu will be at 44 euros In the entrance I chose the smoked salmon cannelloni with lemon cream and young crunchy shoots. On the dish I took the wedding of Saint James and the gambas with polenta And for dessert the pilot deceives the eye and its tartare Everything was perfect and incredibly delicious, the boss is attentive to our requests according to our tastes, which is pleasant. "An almost gourmet restaurant with a quick service but a little impersonal (see away), good quality dishes but an entrance type seafood in a gastro menu with gray shrimp and salad leaves with a lack of seasoning... We were looking for lobster and beans... For the main dish a good chicken net with a very good sauce but in too small quantity according to me... A good dessert but classic... not to be disappointed or to be enthusiastic..."

"Dîner en amoureux dans ce restaurant d'un candidat Top Chef qui nous avait plu avec sa cuisine. La réservation prise en fonction de la petite salle (20 couverts). Un grand moment gustatif avec les différentes propositions de la carte. Un râble de lapin d'une grande tendresse, un veau parfait, des légumes qui s'expriment et des desserts tout en gourmandise. Un moment parfait accompagné par Nina au service impeccable et attentif. Une très bon adresse pour tout Beaune et même la Côte d'Or."

"A beautiful evening in this excellent French restaurant. service was friendly and very patient and helpful while we tried to decide which dishes to have. I had euf cocotte in creamy leak sauce perfect! my partner had the Burrata salad good....We both had the names for the main thing. for years we have been eating and in a creamy senf sauce with butter potatoes they have not disappointed. beautiful evening and would definitely recommend."
