"She had had warned us to be there ‘within the hour’ as we booked our table as sailed over from St Malo having consulted Trip Advisor. When we arrived on a beautiful sunny day, there weren’t many in the smallish restaurant space, but we opted...for the terrace, even as the table which we preferred had not been set up. This caused such a hostile reaction, we contemplated leaving immediately but the reviews had been so good. In fairness this lady in charge let us sit where we wanted, and from this on we were treated with a cold professional courtesy. The vibe improved as the service kicked in and the fare started to arrive. Breton Kir was just the aperitif to settle the nerves. We had opted for the cheaper Table D’hôte menu with just two starters. One was salad based on cucumber which was very nice, far lighter and preferable to the starter based on Beurre. We had both chosen the entrée based on sea bream which was a perfect dish for lunch. The two desserts which followed both complimented this very well. The bill came to €58 which was good value for the quality food we had been served. The service as alluded to earlier was professional and efficient, but how brilliant an experience it could have been for us, had there been even a hint of a smile or a smigin of warmth on a beautiful autumn day out in Dinard."

"Absolutely perfect place! This place was a random discovery for us, but it was amazing. Food is out of this world: so many surprising, full, strong and at the same time gentle flavors. Atmosphere is cosy, but design is tasteful and with a lot of details. Service is with the style: attention to customers’ needs and interests. We were not expecting to love it so much. Must try!"

"We have eaten here many times pre-pandemic. The food is undoubtedly delicious. This was our first visit since covid having been to other restaurants this week with excellent covid precautions in place. No such here. We were not asked to show our covid passport and...nor were other diners. Did not see hand sanitizer. Staff not wearing masks. Customers wandering around and standing over us not wearing masks. No sign at all we are going through a pandemic."
