"Absolute joke last Sunday..not a clue what they were doing. Ran out of water holders, didn't even enter their heads to take the empty off tables or send out water in glasses on a drinks tray, zero commen sense or organisation. The lady and guy behind bar ignoring people waiting at the door, could see people waiting for order and left them wait. Had to continuously ask for order to be taken, drinks order, water, got no kids menu with 2 small kids,had to read menu off another table. 1 dark haired friendly approachable staff member working. Used to be lovely here and well run,dunno what's going on. Training and leadership from management badly needed."
