"Best meal ever!. I don't think we were starving but my husband and enjoyed every bite of our hibachi filet mignon and scallops dinner! I usually don't care for the soup or salad part of it but both of these were very tasty (I substituted for the avocado salad. The main course was better than any I've had at any hibachi steak house. We sat in the dining room, rather than at the grill and I loved the atmosphere as well--much more private and relaxing. Our waiter's name was John and he was excellent--just the right amount of attention and a great sense of humor. I highly recommend this restaurant!"

"If you are looking for decent seafood, but don't want to pay upscale seafood prices, Red Libster is a fine option. In fact, if you have less than stellar memories of RL from years ago, it has gotten better. Red Lobster was a family favorite go-to spot when I was a kid. There was a time later where RL wasn't very good at all. They seem to have brought it back up to be a good seafood option again. It fills that slot between the upscale seafood restaurant and the cheaper diner type options."

"Shoal creek is so good! The service and food were both great. I sat at the bar and Ashley was so helpful. She was quick with our order and made really delicious drinks as well as being super friendly and knowledgeable. The Shoal Creek bread was the perfect warm, cheesy appetizer. Can't wait to come back!"

"We love everything about J2 Steakhouse from the ambiance, food, drinks and service. We started with the shrimp cocktail. They were massive and delicious. For our main entree we split the chicken fried steak. I think it was up there with the best I’ve ever had! Our server Boyd was outstanding as was his assistant and the drink consultant Cody was very personable and knowledgeable. We look forward to our next visit and their upcoming wine tasting."

"Love this place. The menu has something for everyone. The chefs are so creative and caring. Everything tastes delicious and the portions are big too. My husband and I came in on the 4th of July Castle Hills celebration from Aubrey but loved it so much that have been back several times after that. The owners are very nice and sweet. The cute couple takes very good care of their customers. Maria is awesome! Kid-friendliness: Many choices for kids."
