"Been going here for years. Since the name changed and I imagine the ownership, I feel like it has gone down in quality just a little. My most recent visit I ordered the wonton soup and the sesame beef. I think that the wonton soup was better before, now they add chopped iceberg and spring onion, which while it is good, I miss when it would be a simple clear broth with dumplings. The sesame beef was good, but I wish the pieces were more bite sized. It was a little difficult to eat with chopsticks, I even had to cut a piece apart into 4 to be manageable. Sapporo was delicious. I ate alone and was left alone for the most part, which is how I wanted it. Refill on my water was unobtrusive. Good visit overall!"

"We haven’t been in a while but took advantage of the nearly end of ski season. Food was consistently good, service from Trey was wonderful as always. Ross is always pleasant and welcoming. We will keep coming back to see the good folks at Roots!"
