"I ordered kofta kebab and a calzone. The meat is fresh and cooked on the grill in view. Included were two sauces and salad. Both kebab and calling were delicious. Previously ordered meat feast pizza. Lots of cheese and toppings. Staff were very friendly and polite. They had a screen for safety. Cash only. Sanitiser on counter to use after handling change. First Class experience. Will be back."

"We had a nice lunch here before we went to thursford for Christmas. good pub food made fresh. the binham blue cheese Burger special was delicious. the personal was attentive. loved the traditional feeling of the pub, but also the modern art in winter garden and fabulous gin bottles come sap dispensers in the ladies. there was an open fire, but we were first customers in such a thing on the cold side, but it is an old building and it is so expected winter. would definitely visit again."

"Have been getting cod chips from here for many years, always good. But today husband came back with 2 cod, large chips and curry sauce, fish size has decreased but price increased to £21.80!! This is eye watering and so it ceases to be an occasional treat for us. Sorry but won't be visiting again."

"Booked a Sunday Carvery and it was lovely. Plenty of choice for meat and a good selection on vegetables. Friendly staff great atmosphere. No idea on dessert as did not have the room. Highly recommended by me"

"We went there yesterday afternoon for lunch. The service was a bit slow but we did not mind as we had a nice table overlooking the broads by the bridge watching the boats go by. The food when it came was excellent. I had a burger and my wife had a jacket potato with prawns."

"These guys have made a huge investment and replaced everything in Alberts Fish Bar. There is now a new addition to the menu, Shawarma. I had the shawarma meat tray which comes with salad and chips with a choice of sauces…amazing flavour. My partner had her favourite, cod and chips, again cooked to order and always so tasty. All food here is cooked to order. They do get busy because their food is very good. Expect to wait whilst the cook your food for you. The wait is worth it as they always produce the best fish and chips. I think the last comment was somewhat harsh when you consider all the other positive comments. This team have a passion to deliver the best , and they definitely do that."
