"The calamari is a skip didn't like that at all. The risotto, shrimp Alfredo and the Rossellena were all good but very rich. Could have used a bit citrus to balance the dishes more. Overall was a good dinner and the service was great."

"So there's a pub part (downstairs) and then there's a restaurant part (upstairs). I didn't realize but the pub part has the sausage platter, but when asked about it at the restaurant, our waitress said that they could serve it upstairs at the restaurant too. Cool! The pub seems to also have chicken wings and bratwurst.. but I didn't ask about these. We also ordered the schnitzel with the cheeses on top. Both the sausage platter and schnitzel dishes were executed great. Also has the pretzel the mustard was awesome. Dessert was also fantastic. I knew I had to get the black forest cake. It's quite different.. had a lot of whipped cream. Apple strudel was also heaven. Both desserts were huge I think one should be shared by two people. Julie, our waitress, was great. She was knowledgable, super attentive and knew what she was doing. I'd totally go again in a heartbeat."

"Wonderful staff. Great attention without being intrusive. The staff we interacted with spoke multiple languages. The food was tasty and was of high quality. Apparently they hand make many of the sauces rather than buying canned sauces. It is a great place to take someone special for a special night out. I recommend this restaurant."

"Feeling absolutely robbed after paying my bill for a meal with my spouse for our anniversary. Asked the server if they could add the Kahlua $10 on the menu that my partner and I each wanted to have to a glass of milk. She brought us each a small glass of just that and I was shocked when the bill came to find that two glasses were $42, especially after considering premium signature cocktails on the high end were $17 each. I asked the server if the price was correct, and she said “it was just Fairmont prices”. Ultimately it was my fault for not asking for the price considering it was “off-menu” before ordering, but never in a million years I would have thought that I would be paying almost $50 dollars for two small glasses of milk and a bit of Kahlua. The food was great, but feeling absolutely taken advantage of on my five-year anniversary."
