"Dining at Muse was an impressive experience, right from the beginning being welcomed inside. The atmosphere, stunning architecture with high ceilings and expansive windows, the excellent and attentive staff who exuded a genuine joy for their job, and of course, the stunning food. Fresh and subtle flavours with Japanese influences, a variety of textures and gorgeous complimentary wines recommend by the sommelier. I had the silken tofu, zucchini risotto and famous muse coconut, while my partner had the cured kangaroo, slow-cooked wagyu and toasted cheddar cream brioche. We felt completely taken care of and had every need attended to. The delicious complimentary cake to celebrate our anniversary was such a nice touch. We left completely satisfied and stuffed! It would be a joy to return one day soon. Thank you."

"Poor service, average food. Rude staff from the time of phone booking till the end of lunch. A fish rots from the head. Something is wrong with management here. Better options in hunter for fine dining. Menu small and wine list lacking top end wines."

"We had 4 courses each so that w could try 8 dishes. We loved them all. House made bread was delightful, Gnocci was my fav, Red Spot whiting delicate and delicious, Crispy pork belly so good, Spiced run Pineapple to finish were some highlights. We...really enjoyed it all though. Great service from our waiter Jarred."

"This is a beautiful property and the room we had High Tea in was lovely. There was plenty of food almost too much. We had kids versions too but their tray was very chocolate brownie heavy. What was intriguing was we had to ask for Tea yep its a high tea. Then the choices of tea were average at best. They were just your standard teas eg: english breakfast. Due to COVID there was hardly anyone at the High Tea so service for mine could have been far more special then it was. We had a High Tea at The Convent a few months back and I would rate that higher."
