"Recommended by friends, they weren't wrong. What a fantastic place to eat, the menu was varied with a good choice. The food itself, lamb meatballs with tomato sauce and calamari for starters, followed by paella and Sirloin Steak (served with the biggest steak knife I have ever seen) all 4 dishes were cooked to perfection, tasted fantastic and could not be faulted. The staff were very attentive without being overbearing, service was ideally spaced between the courses. Great meal, thank you"

"The food was good as you can see. I did ask for a change with mine due to an allergy this was not listened too and was even told that it was fine! When it was given without items that i am allergic too, it was lovely I had a sandwich. The place was packed and the staff were run off their feet but when they came to the table they were lovely. It was a little chilly so many kept their coats on. I would return again but in the summer Price per person: £40–50"

"I don’t usually do reviews but had to put one here. We went with friends to celebrate my wife’s birthday. The Sagar is such a lovely place to eat, catering for all tastes including vegan. The food was excellent and the service really good, friendly and helpful. Fab place, will defo go back. What a find!"
