"Amazing salsa !! Great service and a fun environment !!! But they need better cooks with more than one style of cooking who know how NOT to overcook all the meat they offer. ALL dishes taste very similar! All with burnt burn marks on "whatever" meat, mixed with similar spices and all well done to finish cooking. Burnt cremation, like a fajitas, but for every dish? This is the second time that I had to come here with the same results ... I refuse the next time I am invited ... Maybe have a drink because the mood is good and fun ... she just need better cooks ..."

"A top restaurant near wtscu. dean hartman and I visited tjs on the basis of the urbanspoons recommended. surprisingly the cost of food surpassed the estimate of the city of $10-15. "I don't care how much they claim they are doing everything the same as Wayne. That is not true.. I know for a FACT they are cutting the cake in smaller slices. Tonight I was shocked when I saw the size of the slice of cake. It looks 1/2 the size of what i have been buying fir 17 yrs with Wayne. This is a recent change. Last time i bought cake it was the usual large slice. Always enough to share. So EVERYTIME I get a small slice of cake for the same price I been paying for years with Wayne I am giving 1 star for reduced portion size. Americans like our larger portions. Stuart's is iconic and it's a shame it was sold to someone that would insult long-time customers. We are smart enough to notice we got a smaller piece of cake. I have been buying cake from Stuart's since 2005! It's time we give reviews that force them to bring things back up to Wayne's standards! Our standards!"

"I normally don't leave reviews for restaurants but this place was EXCELLENT! Came here for my birthday with a reservation for ten people. We got to the restaurant early and sat at the bar while our table was being set up. The bartenders were the best and created and recommended some amazing drinks. There were a few additional people that showed up and the server was super accommodating and pushed another table with ours so they could sit with us. Can praise the service and the bartenders enough. Highly recommend! The ambiance was great as well as the food and drinks. Will come again and have already recommended to friends."

"Different dining experience for sure; I had the shrimp; was a bit tough but the Captain’s Boil sauce was very yummy; I also had the corn as side and cooking it in the bag with the shrimp made it very tasty. We had the calamari for side; was nothing special and pricy compared to the other menu item. My cousin had crawfish and that was tender but not much meat. I wish they extended some of the lunch menu items to dinner."

"I have never been anywhere where mussels are over cooked. We asked for them to switch the flavour of the mussels as the lemon pepper flavour had a chemical taste. They quickly brought us garlic flavoured mussels, same over cooked texture rubber and they tasted awful. The server explained they were extra rubbery because they had to wash the same mussels before soaking them in the new flavour. I was traumatized and they only deducted $14 off the meal that was the best they could do for such a dramatic fail. Will never go there again! Oh and they served our wine in water glasses super classy NOT!!"

"Yum! Chicken n ' waffles! I came here with my sweet friend and we enjoyed the ambiance, the service and the food at Savory Grain!! I also was permitted to buy a few of their small pint glasses which I use all the time! The parking can be a bit of a challenge, but this restaurant is worth a gander! I can wheat to go back!"
