"The food was very good and the service was polite and friendly. the only issue was the table we where given, as people watches being on the stairway with the constent flurry of staff walking past meant that our experience this time was not to the normal standard. Should i be seated there again i would rather not eat there. i fully understand a table of 2 should not be sat at a larger table but these two tables remove any ambience the restaurant may have. As i was not given the choice when i booked on line i will not be using that format to book again."

"Monk fish and lamb shank was lovely Red velvet cheesecake at £7.60 very expensive for what you get. Looked like they had sliced the proper portion in to two. The plate looked very pretty with the sauce. In this case style over substance. I sent it back. Then had the chocolate dessert which was much better value and was lovely."

"Waited a very long time for our food order to be taken, we was there to celebrate 2 year anniversary, and we have a child on the way so was very excited to try the church but was very disappointed, took over an hour to get food then the food was incorrect then was only offered 10% off which I didn’t think was enough as we where there for three hours."

"Only visited for brunch and was very impressed! great atmosphere, beautiful decor and good music. service was also great and eating was amazing! the food was presented beautifully and in portions are a good value for money. will definitely be back to try the rest of the menu!"

"My husband and I have eaten at this restaurant about 2-3 times a year for years. We absolutely adore the dumplings and have always enjoyed a good experience. Sadly in a recent visit with family, we were charged £3.50 for a jug of water and 50p for a takeaway box. We do not mind paying but it would have been a lot better if we were told before hand. Water was always free in our past experience and yes, I asked for tap water. Nothing fancy. Felt rather let down."

"We had a nice Sunday dinner in Greens. Enjoy it really, watching the golfers while you have a very pleasant lunch. The starters were beautiful, especially the Scotch egg. I had a pig bell, my husband had beef. Everything was well cooked, much it really pleasant. The staff was all polite to help. A very beautiful Sunday afternoon."

"We visited the green loft on Friday lunch, eating was phenomenal the service was upstairs and beyond could not ask for more and eating was to die. we rate the total experience 10 out of 10 and will recommend the green loft to anyone we know, we will be back"
