"We were staying in this hotel and went to this restaurant our first night in Murren. The main restaurant was full, so they put us in the basement portion (same menu). Nothing sounded great on the menu, so I got a cup of tomato soup and tried to order a martini. They theme much of their hotel on James Bond, but didn't know how to make a martini - wasn't even an option. Ordered their Bond drink which was anise and champagne??? I have no idea. It was awful. Our meal was $180 and my husband is the only person that actually got an entree. I got my soup, my kids got two plates of plain spaghetti and ice cream. Awful meal. The guest house restaurant next door (different owners) was MUCH MUCH better."

"This place MADE my week in Murren, the staff could not have been kinder, or more accommodating, even going so far as to specially ask the dates of my stay to make sure they had something gluten free in stock AND it was always delicious! They made the perfect soy hot chocolate, the free wifi is an added bonus, as are the seats in the sunshine, vegan treats and prime location! Couldn't have asked for more!!"

"Great outdoor deck. We had the steak on the hot stone. It was delicious and came with 3 sauces. Unique and perfectly done. My son didn't enjoy his burger but I think that was because it was swiss cheese. Go figure."

"In een super duur land is snackbar berry een verlichting. We hebben samen met de kinderen lekker hamburgers en hotdogs gegeten voor 35 chf. Dit alles inclusief drinkenEr is niet zoveel plaats maar dat maakt het ook wer gezellig. De uitbater is uitermate vriendelijk en probeert je een goed gevoel te geven. Best Burger in Town.."

"Extremely rude staff They hate tourists, but their livelihood depends on it. At first, when we came to the restaurant, they said that the back was booked out, so we sat in front, but when other people came in, they were taken to the area, so n the back... where they said they were booked. I asked why they started mumbling and answering. They called it a stupid question why their business is tourist based, but they depend on tourists."

"This is a very fine dining restaurant highly recommend by Rick Steves as well as trip advisor. And we weren't surprised at all. We ordered lamb fillet and spaghetti Ariabetta with wine and absolutely loved it. They have plenty of vegetarian options and nice choices of wines."
