"It has been a long time since we visited La Fornace and I was very excited to discover this Italian restaurant again. Our party of 7 over three generations booked a table outside in the shade on a balmy Friday night recently. The first thing I noticed was that the entire staff had changed. Service was fine and we were regularly having drinks (Kölsch as at least four of us were quite thirsty at night. To get things in the right mind, I order an Aperol Royal Prosecco, which I recently drank. Here it came in a tiny glass for over 4,00 euros. I was disappointed. As an appetizer, I liked the sound of the baby honeymoons with salad. I was disturbed, but to discover that there was a huge plate safe enough for a main course in fact did one of our party, in fact they order as its main course. I followed this with a pizza diavolo, which was huge, I just couldn't finish it. I suppose too much is better than not enough, but I just felt overwhelmed... The others in our party were satisfied enough. They had a number of dishes that were all well cooked. Somehow I went with mixed feelings. The place had somehow changed for an atmospheric position. One of the waitresses who could hardly speak German, let alone English, which seemed to be summarized for me, was the missing, secretly friendly feeling about the whole place I remember from the past. I'm sorry, but for me I classified it now as an average, although my 13-year-old son thought it was excellent because he liked his pizza margarita:"

"The gänsebrust was good, the knödel tasty but the red cabbage was about too applesty and sauce was too jelly. the service was friendly and fast (maybe a bit too fast for a cozy dinner.) the red wine was excellent and the Bavarian beer delicious! all in all a beautiful evening."

The tasting food We ordered twice the menu and once beef and dessert. Filet vom Island Lachs Pfifferlinge Lemonenrisotto Beurre Blanc The fish was optimally fried and juicy. As an addition, there was even another fish fillet on the plate; it should have been Butt – but it looked like a red-bellied fillet on the surface for me. I think both pieces tasted good, I let myself say. The Risotto was also successful. Rumpsteak 220g from the grill mountainous pasture bark three weeks dry ripened butcher molitor herbal butter Bratkartoffeln Blattsalate (36 Euro The meat was medium – as desired. The herbal butter was very aromatic. Leaf salads were served in a bowl extra; just like roast potatoes. Overall, that was a huge proportion. Price performance ratio We think the pricing is completely fine – even if the steak is perhaps calculated at first glance to an amount almost like the Dreigsang menu: But there are plenty of supplements, a lot of meat and it is quite clear. "We were first received by the friendly and attentive service. The dog was really drunk. The soup as an appetizer was excellent. Salad, however, was not the yellow of egg and slightly salted. The carving as a main food could not convince. It was slightly salted and it was partly very hard. Such a mediocre level. The selection of drinks shocked me a little. Almost all drinks are served in a quantity of 0.2l. Theoretically there is also a choice for most drinks as 0.3l, but here the order was not asked what size you want and served directly the 0.2l. Since 0.2l is not enough for a meal, you need to order a drink again instead of simply serving the 0.3l drink for an additional cost of 20 cents. I think that's a bit in the direction of abstention. There is neither reception nor Wi-Fi! Because of the very friendly and attentive service, I would like to give a point more."

"The place is charming and the staff beautiful. They don't talk too much about English or other languages than German, but they are so nice. And the food is definitely top rated: the duck breast is perfectly boiled, served with parsley root (which I discovered and it is excellent) savory sauce and a tile from parmesan, the presentation in the dish could come from a 3 star restaurant restaurant. The single room under the roof is very clean and comfortable for a short stay, a bit small for a longer one. Think to turn the heat while you have dinner, it is not heated while empty during the day."

"It is a brewhouse with the appropriate flair and food. If you just want to go out in the evening, talk and eat for the duke's yard. However, if you want to spend a cozy, quiet evening with non-common food, then you are in my perception here. The food is typical crumb and tasty and does not take long. However, one could certainly make significantly more sales if the drinks were more attention."

"Despite announcement nothing on the map for gluten-free guests, despite securing on the phone NULL alternatives of service and kitchen. My wife at a family party only got a salad, everything else didn't go. There is no bread in almost every supermarket. Other places with this claim #hauslandscheid #rausmühle get this better! With regard to the Jubilarin I did not escalate it, but that was a smooth failure"
