"Very nice and recently built restaurant. Everything looks new and clean. The service was friendly, the food was tasty and more refined than average Berghütte. A bit more pricy than village average, but we'll worth that."

"My husband and I (Swiss) decided to take our children to Rütli to show them this historical place. Beautiful weather, so we decided to have lunch there when we saw there was a restaurant. What terrible welcome we had... A young waitress first ignored us, then my husband (a very smiling person) tried to ask her if it would be possible to eat something and she said no in such a way that my husband thought she was joking!... When he insisted she told him in a very cold way they were busy. So we left... We are Swiss and ashamed of this experience!"

"Das Restaurant liegt direkt am Ufer des Sees von Beckenried Richtung Treib. Am besten mit dem Schiff oder allenfalls via eine Strasse von Seelisberg erreichbar. Viele private Boote ankern hier für eine frische Fischmalzeit. Die Lage ist Traumhaft. Das Essen - ein Teller Hecht, Egli und Felchen - war solid und frisch zubereitet. Preise sind nicht billig aber bezahlbar. Die Bedienung war gut, könnte aber bei den Details noch etwas zulegen, was aber bei der Lage in Kauf genommen wurde. Sicher auch eine gute Alternative für Gäste aus dem Ausland."
