"Exceptional food in an authentic, non-demanding environment. Our waitress was very attentive and helpful, which added to the great experience. For bread lovers, there are 3 different breads, all of which are made there and are all wonderful. I stop on the way out of town to pick up bread and take it home to friends. My salad was fabulous and the vodka chicken pasta (a specialty) was cooked perfectly with a wonderful sauce. The specials change with the seasons. Desserts are all made there and everyone looked great. We share the ice cream on Sunday with homemade caramelized marshmallows and chocolate ganache. It was wonderful. You can share it with 4 people as it is very large. We will definitely have dinner here again when we return to Mayo and Golf."

"This was the first time we have dined at Bamboo and will come back every time we are in town. The food was EXCELLENT, however, the Service (on food) was very slow. Our waiter and waitress were very helpful in explaining the various meal selections and did come back often to check on us."

"I went in on a Thursday afternoon at about 5:00 pm. There was one other group of six in there at the time. I was ahead of the dinner crowd, which started arriving as I was leaving. My server, Cynthia, was friendly and attentive, and food was served promptly. The salad was cold and crisp, the soup hot. These are important details. I had the two slices of garlic bread, and I don 't know how you like your garlic bread, but these were exquisite: warm, tender, and not too overpowering. The lasagna with meat sauce was a delight to behold: a huge portion (probably for sharing in mind). The lasagna was well stacked, with ample ingredients in each layer, and the mozzarella was very satisfying.I had no room for dessert!On my way out, I overheard another table saying, They have really good sauce here! I concur. And highly recommend Vince 's."
