"Although this is one of the top restaurants in launceston, it is one percentage that makes the difference. when I made a reservation here, I realized that my wife had an allergy to garlic. in the early afternoon of the evening we have fed there. the chef called to talk to my wife about her allergy. he went through the menu to work to see what she couldn't have and what could be customized to allow her allergy, this has never happened! from the moment we arrived, we were ready to thank our waitress lucy, and another female waiter name I didn't have, and the service was excellent all night. the meals were of course up to the standard they would expect. for the netzen my wife had the kingfish, and on a bed of the risotto that was adapted due to their allergy. I had the cheese tortellini and both were excellent. I continued in dessert devastated and of course, tiramasu this is one of her signature courts a lot of work went into this court and one of the best I had very easy some can be a little heavy and as good as it saw! this was a wonderful culinary experience, a my wife will remember definately how it was her birthday."

"I have been to One 0 Six twice and both times I have enjoyed it. The first time my partner and I went for breakfast and coffee. I had the eggs benedict which came on a toasted English muffin, I am not a fan of the English muffin and would have preferred the eggs on some nice sourdough toast. If I had asked I may have gotten it which shows if you don't ask you don't know. My partner had the eggs Florentine with salmon and she enjoyed it.The coffee was great too.Now for lunch I had the duck spring rolls ( I found my heaven ) these were crispy and no oily taste at all. They were long and well stuffed so just as well there was only two of them. I went in and told the staff how good they were and yes I would have these again.My partner had the pumpkin and fetta arancini with basil aioli and there were three of them, nice and golden brown and very delicious.Next time I will have wine instead of the coffee with the lunch maybe the bottle or just a glass as both are available.This is a great little place so make sure you get there early each setting because I am sure you could miss out on getting a table as the two times we went there it has been packed. On a nice sunny day great to eat out on the street side tables."

"We arrived on a Tuesday evening without reservation and they were pretty busy so not one table available for two immediately. they were very accommodating and after a short waiting period a table was available for us. we had the salt pfeffer calamari for appetizers, quite delicious, then the meat with heat pizza, which was especially popular nabenholz. beautiful experience."

"It is just a take-away and we know that. We have bought meals to take home on a number of occasions however we were extremely disappointed with our last purchase - and likely to be the last too! We were there very early in the evening, around 5.45 pm, and would have expected the food to be fresh. The samosas were rock hard and inedible and the meat in the vindaloo was also hard and I was unable to chew it. It was obvious that these dishes had been sitting around, under lights for way too long."
