"I’ve dined in here 3 times now and have gotten to-go probably twice. The servers are friendly and the food comes out quickly once ordered. I wouldn’t say the service itself is prompt though. I do like pho broth a lot. It isn’t overly sweet or salty and I can smell and taste the spices/aromatics but it’s not overwhelming. I recommend ordering #7 because you can pick 3 proteins with your pho. The grilled beef spring rolls are also good, albeit not traditional. The spring rolls are expensive but quite large. So far this is the best pho broth I’ve had in Anchorage."

"Ever seen I lived in Alaska Siam Cuisine is one of the oldest Thai restaurant I known. Food is so delicious so this is excellent. Lots of parking spot and don’t forget to ask for their special."

"As per the other reviews I was pleasantly surprised that the food so fresh and healthy. Being a vegan I was slightly skeptical about food court food but I was wrong. The food is great! The vegan sushi and spring rolls are top notch. They are as good as what you'd find at a fancy restaurant."

"Had chicken fried rice and fresh spring rolls. Huge portion, which is nice, but was mostly just rice, not much chicken or veggie. The fried rice didn't have much flavor, but it wasn't bad. The spring rolls were ok, not great. Service was good. Edit: bumped to 3 stars because my wife's food was pretty good. Not sure what she ordered- rice noodles and beef of some sort. Still over priced, but not totally bland the way mine was."
