"I know the reason why their delivery service is pathetic. The lady at the counter should learn basic communication manners. You are in a country where people’s first priority is to speak politely and not at all yelling to the staff and the delivery people the way she does on regular basis. I was a customer today and she was so trapped with the orders came from the phone calls she messed up everything and putting blame on the delivery man. She is not at all competent on managing things. And Shen must learn to speak in a polite, clear and in a proper manner. Yelling and considering yourself higher and does stupid things does not help at all. Food and shop hygiene is at the lowest level. Spring rolls were not properly cooked and sweet n sour vegetable with noodles was below average (they don’t even know how to cook food and main hygiene as per quality standards) Authorities should take action against the store and its people. I will not recommend this store and food to anyone."

"After collecting our food and arriving home, we realised that our order had not come with any rice, even though the dishes we ordered include rice. We called to explain but instead of receiving a simple apology and the offer to provide rice, the man we spoke to was instantly defensive and said “the meal comes with rice or chips and you didn’t tell us which you wanted, you can’t expect us to assume we know which one you want”. I responded explaining he didn’t even ask us what we wanted and he ended the call by hanging up on me. I was so shocked! This is absolutely terrible customer service. The man needs to learn how to do his job in the first place (I have never been out for food and not been asked which option I would like when there is a choice) and also how to respond to customers when there is an issue. I was calm and polite when I rang, and believe it is extremely rude to hang up on a customer! This happened last Friday (25th September) and we were served by a young Scottish man. The food was really tasty but the experience was let down by this individual who you may wish to consider working for you if he continues to deal with customers like this."

"We have been using this take away for over 15 years and it just keeps getting better! Food is always made from the best of ingredients, delicious and plentiful, can’t recommend the spring rolls, fish cakes and spicy crackers highly enough as these are exceptional. Would recommend that you book early, especially in the summer months, as there are only a limited amount of slots available each night and everything is cooked to order from scratch by the owner (who is originally from Thailand). The website shows what slots are available and you just call or pop in to place your order. If you haven’t been before, you don’t know what you are missing!!!!!"
