"I personally love this place only for one thing and one thing: Nem nuong cuon (drilled pig spring rolls). Why? Are you asking? It is savory, crispy and refreshing at the same time. The sauce does it. You can't eat the nem without it. Only wouldn't be the same. Since then, they have changed the recipe slightly, but no big difference. And the reels also seem to be slightly smaller and thinner. Still good. You've moved into a new plaza ever since, but it's okay. I'm driving. It's still in Bellaire, just down towards 59. Never really dined here b always ordered catering from them. I think that's how they do the majority of their business, since almost every time I pick up my orders, it's always empty. Ooh and per tip: You can order your Nem Nuong sauce (orange sauce) in a plastic pho container for $8! Not too ashamed. I usually receive one when we have spring rolls at home!"
