"Really enjoyed their Special Broken Rice and Cambodian Noodle Soup on separate occasions. Service was prompt and the food comes out in good time. Quality of food is very consistent and tastes great... better than in Vietnam in my opinion. Overall fantastic value."

"A Friend took me here. It's so easy to miss amongst all the restaurants in Springvale. Very friendy , very nice food. I had the Beef Ribs that came out in a Hot Pot , sweet , sticky so ummy , meat just falling off...the bone. I will be back"

"I have been here many times since I was young My all time favourite would be the spicy squid Yum yum The service is always hit and miss I love the spring rolls with lettuce The food is very tasty Hygiene could be improved at...times And overall interest of staff"

"It was much better under previous management and i believe now owned by Shanghai migrant owner(hearsay) which might not have the expectation of cantonese food should be like.To me the food is just average but expensive as 6 mains n tea for 7 pax cost us $170. we have sweet sour fish, veggies and 4 other main - nothing memorable ! free jelly for desert !They charge 5% for using an overseas credit (if you r visiting here from overseas , bad luck if you didn't bring cash ! Add insult to injury, cashier gave us dirty looks for not leaving any tip. At the price they charged us , they can afford above min wage .The place was 1/3 full on a sunday evening and this is not a good sign of value for money. I much prefer the old owners with truly cantonese flavours"

"Another hidden gem in springvale. directly at the rear parking lot on St. johns ave it can be a bit hard to find, but the hunting is worth it. we had to share the tum taad papaya salad platter. they can either som tum thai or...Lao we went the Thai version. the meal was very traditional and reminded me of something we had in thailand in a family-run restaurant on a remote beach. I appreciate the fact that they do not cook on the western “idee” of Thai cuisine, but rather cook on tradition. the meal we had was very spicy and very tasty. service was great. I'd eat here in a way."

"On the southern edge of the vast area of Viet/Chinese eateries, VIP Kitchens offers the basic fare, and reasonable service, which we get from most in the region.It's the first restaurant, on the left, you would see coming up Springvale Rd from the south. Red and glass frontage, the well-lit interior beckons at night.Over many visits during the last 3 years, the food has remained constantly good. Either as a couple, or with a larger group, the menu range suited all tastes.Management appears to have changed, remains rather laid-back, but we eventually got served with the delicious food. Pork and duck are superb, soups excellent, and rice paper rolls almost a meal each. Plenty of seafood on offer."
