"I checked the menu online which was quite helpful because it specified which dishes were spicy and also had photos of some of the dishes.I phoned for takeout at 3:30 in the afternoon and was told it would take 10 to 15 minutes. A friendly young man was busy cleaning when I arrived 15 minutes later.I ordered Combo Dinner C ($12.50), hoping there would be enough for two meals for myself. Combo C consisted of a spring roll (with a spicy dipping sauce), five chicken balls (with sweet and sour sauce); ginger beef; mixed vegetables with chicken; and chicken fried rice. When I unpacked it at home I was surprised at the size of this order. The three compartment takeout container was packed and the chicken balls and spring roll were in a separate container. There was an abundance of ginger beef, and the large partition was full to the top with fried rice. You could see the pieces of chicken mixed with the vegetables (looked exactly like the online photo) .Everything was delicious and cooked perfectly! Plenty was left over for me to enjoy another great meal. It was just as tasty when reheated the next day. The small restaurant is not a fancy place for dining, but looked very clean. Tables could be arranged to accommodate larger groups. I recommend Thai Basil based on my takeout experience."

"First time trying it out. I ordered a combination dinner for one. It was option D: eggroll, chicken fried rice, chicken balls w sauce, and ginger beef. Well, the gentleman was very nice, and the food is delicious! I will definitely eat from here again! Now that I have given it a try, I feel confident that I could order from here for the family, and all would enjoy. Also: very good amount of food! A knife and fork were included, as well as the sauces and cookie, and I appreciate that! No picture because I tore into it as soon as I got home."

"Our group of 4 recently stopped here for dinner and were very impressed. This location has been through so many different businesses over the years we weren't really sure what to expect. It was a Thursday evening and the place was almost empty except for...us, a few other couples, and a family who we assumed to be the owners. Service was quick and friendly, and the food arrived quickly and very hot. We worked our way through a dozen different dishes, and I can honestly say there wasn't a single one I wouldn't order again. The bill for all the food and non-alcoholic drinks for all 4 of us (before tip) was under $100. Can't beat that. Based on this experience I would not hesitate to return again or recommend to others."
