"A wonderful and authentic experience! It's so nice to have a great tasting pho noodle soup away from home. I ordered the special pho and the broth was very delicious. They serve jasmine tea while sitting, which I would always like and expect in a true Vietnamese restaurant. Fast service and friendly people. Owner is Vietnamese and has the authentic recipe for all to enjoy. I definitely come back when I'm in Victoria. Thanks for the great experience!"

"Was looking for a cheap Chinese restaurant in Victoria that was actually open later than 8pm on a Monday and found Lum's. The portions are HUGE and very delicious. I had the combo D and she let me switch my chicken fried rice out for veggie fried rice free of charge. I also had the wonton soup, the broth was so good and the wontons were definitely hand made. Service was great, fast and friendly and our waitress was very accommodating to our substitutions. Definitely would go there again!"

"Chef Dan Hayes hosted an intimate group of 6 of us for a truly unforgettable experience and took us on a trip to Spain with an wonderfully prepared Paella. My wife and I have been to cooking classes and other private events and have never been disappointed. Whether you like to be hands on or not, there is something for everyone regardless of cooking experience. I will be back for my daughters birthday and look forward to seeing all those smiling faces."
