"Not easy on the wallet by any means, but is this the worst Chinese I’ve had? No. In fact, not nearly. Based on the existing reviews for New Tai Yuen, I’m not sure if we were lucky to visit on a good day or what the go was, but we were happy with our meal.<br/ <br/ The Spring Rolls were tasty, and the Gow Gee were awesome! For mains we ordered Satay Chicken and the Sweet BBQ Beef. Both these dishes were pretty good. The fried rice was a little bland, but again, I’ve certainly had worse. <br/ <br/ All in all I really can’t make any complaints. The staff were attentive and friendly, the food was served quickly and we enjoyed the experience overall."
