"This small restaurant serves brisket, pulled pork and ribs - slow barbecued, not grilled.Sides are the usual of 'ques - beans, mac/cheese, slaw, etc.I had the regular size brisket in a bun - a good size portion, very tasty - a dozen different sauces are available to add. Fair value for $8.50.A side of beans for $2 was not worth it - more chewy than canned, but OK. The portion was very small.No wait staff - order and pay at the counter. Then pick it up and find a seat at a banquet style table."
