"I am vegetarian so I had to order the fried green tomatoes sandwich without bacon. It was served on a croissant. It was ok, but I have had this sandwich at many other restaurants and this one was disappointing. The tomatoes were sliced so thin that when you bit into the sandwich all you could taste was the crunchy batter on the outside. Also it would have been much better on a sourdough bread. My major issue with this place was the water. I always drink water with my meals at every restaurant. Sometimes they serve tap water and ice which is ok. However, the water here is horriblehorriblehorrible. It taste like you are drink water through a rusty iron pipe. It was the worse water imaginable. I was force to order a mixed drink so I wouldn’t choke to death on my sandwich. I was afraid to order anything that may contain water. I only gave them 3 stars for the atmosphere and service time.I will not be back mainly because of the water they use to wash dishes, serve to customers to drink."

"3 stars are not a bad review, let me just say, but 5 stars is michelin restaurant level that is not. but I am an outside from califoria, so here was my overall experience. the interieur is something very simple, a bit dirty in some corners, not too much there, the personal was friendly with sufficient English. the primary food, rice (plate,) noodles (good,) potato (good) and meat seemed good overall in appearance. not every article was marked, I would say that about 65% were, mostly the main article. so it was a bit discouraging to try something random. the servier area was not the cleanest and some items lacked from servier equipment. diversity is limited, but somehow it works. the sushi bar lacked some basic sushis, which she mentioned so that it was expected, but it seemed empty and the art of craftsmen of them were a total of 6 with taste. they pay after weight, so for my wife and I came to $18 the biggest shocker however their sugar donuts were a surprisingly sweet and slightly oiled joy to finish the meal. if someone in this night had no first recommendation, I would apply this restaurant."

"My 74 year old mom was traveling from Memphis to Maryland and accidentally left her purse here and was over 300 miles away before she realized it. Almost 9 hours later, after many calls to try to find the location that it was left in. I was able to locate her phone online and see that it was still in the store. I called and spoke to the general manager, Betty. She told me that it was in fact still there and that she would drop it in the mail in the morning to be returned to my mom. Betty was so nice and helpful and we are so much more than thankful for her kindness! If we are ever in Tennessee again, we will go out of our way to make sure that we visit the Cookeville KFC. Another big thank you to Betty! You are a gem!"

"Odd dining experience... You enter what looks a regular restaurant.... At the hostess counter you order your meal. Our family of four had fantastic meals that each tasted superb. We all agree if there was one thing they should do to make it better or was that all of our meals were served in the cool side of hot. We were just passing through. If we're ever that way again it's be high on our list for a great lunch."

"For $36 for 2 ribeye sandwiches and 2 teas I can't say it was much of a value. It wasn't that great that would justify that amount. It was ok, I probably will never order another one but it was decent just not for the price."

"The drive through line took forever, they forgot one of my items and one biscuit was barely wrapped and fell out of the packaging when I tried to take it out of the bag. I did go in and they game me my item and replaced my biscuit that fell out. So I appreciate that."
