"Great family steakhouse. The atmosphere is great, friendly, helpful staff. The warm yeast rolls and creamy whipped butter start the meal off right. My kids love them. They have a good beer selection and full bar with other drinks to satisfy most adults. The menu is large with chicken, pork, fish as well as steaks. Our family had no complaints over anything we have ordered there. Our steaks were cooked as requested and served within 15 minutes. The meals are priced at $10 a plate but there are higher priced steaks to choose from. There are no buckets of free peanuts anymore but most things are relatively unchanged. Texas Roadhouse provides a great family restaurant experience. If you leave unhappy or hungry... well."

"From the beginning to the end, each individual element touching the table tasted incredible. The chicken and waffle preparation was sensational, especially the jalapeños jalapeños. Our drinks were the perfect balance of strong and tasty. Then every duck was divine! We totally swore the food. It was so good that we couldn't talk about it for days. Can wait?t to go back and try more things on the menu. After all, the service was superior. Our waitress was attentive and friendly. She was great with suggestions and special tips. For example, definitely added the shrimps and grits with Pimento cheese!! To live!!"

"Best fried pickles I ever had! Really thinly sliced and crunchy. So good! The fish tacos was delicious too! The waitress we had was nice and patient when we couldn’t decide what we wanted. Also their sweet tea is the best I ever tried. It’s to my liking not overly too sweet and not under sweetened and ice cold. Can’t wait to go back! I wish they had a Mugshots in Slidell."
