"I don?t know where to start. I placed my order online and paid for it. First off, the cashier was standing there eating fish crumbs out of a pan when we came in. There is a place for special instructions which clearly is not necessary seeing as they are totally disregarded When I asked for the condiments, they didn?t have anything we needed. What they did bring was clearly the last of what they had. It was covered in old tartar and some were busted. I had a total of twelve pieces of fish and there was three packs of vinegar. I would?ve made a complaint to the manager but she was quite ok with the young man eating as well as passing out those disgusting packs of tartar. This is by far the most unprofessional experience I?ve had there."

"Drive thru employees forgot my sauces and a sweet tea. Despite showing receipt, they said I'd have to pay for the drink (again) and would have to get back in the long line. Fries were cold and no napkins. Burger was meh, won't be returning or recommending."

"We went Saturday night for a birthday dinner, and will never return back. At 9:13pm, as we were literally putting food in our mouths, the server asked if he could bring our checks and to-go boxes. I looked at my watch and said I thought you closed at 10pm? He said oh we do, but if it’s not busy, we close at 9pm. Then he said if we wanted, he could ask the manager if we could stay. Ummmm, ask the manager if we can stay during normal open business hours? Sure. They turned off all the lights inside, sat in the dark, and watched me clear the plates from our table. They then came out, said they were going home, locked the doors, and told us to exit out of Leaf and Petal. On top of that, the food was disgusting. The mahi mahi on the tacos was in the shape of big rectangles. A big rectangle of meat, with a soggy tortilla wrapped around it. The nachos were insignificant, basically just tortilla chips swimming in a sea of queso, topped with shredded lettuce. Disappointing all around, especially since it was a night to celebrate someone’s special day."

"The service was definitely great, even if I smoked a little tiny hair in my oak Angus Beef Burger I took it back and asked for another to be made, and the manager and cook got this done quite quickly... I'm not sure to bash her"

"Ran into this restaurant in Hoover by accident and had lunch. Now it's a regular stop when we are passing through that area. It's fantastic! Prompt and friendly service and wonderful food at reasonable prices. <br/ <br/ For BBQ they do one thing and one thing only, pork shoulder, and they do it as well as I have ever had it. I live in middle Tennessee and never had pork shoulder this good. What is more they give you a choice chopped or sliced. Rarely see that. The meat is tender, moist but not too mushy. The perfect pulled pork sandwich! The sauce is wonderful <br/ <br/ For about $10 you can get a large sandwich, fries and a drink. A near perfect all around experience."
