"The food was good but the service was not. I guess they were busy in their function room. We had to wait about 30-40 minutes to get our food served. One funny thing was that urinal had a mirror opposite you. Perhaps for you to see how performing and if the restaurant is busy you can see other people too."

"Manolas Bros have been part of the Gold Coast Cafe scene for many many years and are well known for the great quality food. With a very successful transition to night time dining the tradition continues. Great pizzas made to order as you watch or...dome tempting share plates, there is something for everyone. Great friendly service by a team who want to be there and make sure you enjoy yourself. Loads of free parking. Best to book for weekends."

"Anne was the only reason we stayed. People next to us sat down after we ordered and still got food first. Overpriced, cold steak that was undercooked. Sent back to warm up and was still cold but waited so long we just ate it anyway. Fries were cooked in dirty oil and tasted like calamari. Anne was obviously stressed literally running but kept her cool with first class service. I assume she was running things because we didn’t see anyone else. Man who seated us was hardly even there. Even offered my 5yr old ice cream after he waited over an hour for dinner Please give Anne a raise. She deserves it."

"The hype is real with Chiangmai the food is absolutely delicious. So much flavour but not overpowering. Staff are delightful and so attentive. The atmosphere and decor is fun and beautiful (no idea if it's authentic as I've never been to Thailand! It's our go to for Thai nowhere else on the GC comes close. Side note the portion sizes are fantastic. My mum and I always go home with tons of leftovers! Taste: /5 Value for money: /5 Customer service: /5 Atmosphere: /5 Will visit again:"

"This was such a bad experience in Indian cuisine that I never go back or recommend this place. it is a high volume take with little attention to taste or quality. the naan was boiled half and daal was so watery that he had no taste."

"1. Gyros in Greece is pork.2. Never lamb. And if you want to "Americanize" it you mix it with Beef.3. There is no lettuce in pita gyro.3. Like regular Greeks we ordered pitas (wraps) with gyros and Kalamaki. One with no onions, one with no tzatziki, one with no fries and one with tomato and potatoes only. They managed to mix it up and bring it back and forth three four times. Every time I had to go in and explain.4. Overall it was tasty and relatively close to a Greek one. Of course it was 5 times more expensive than a souvlaki in Greece but its Surfers Paradise.5. I will go back since I want to support Greek restaurants even if they are not so Greek."
