"E were there last week with another couple. I had risotto,my husband had some kind of overcooked pasta with seafood our friends had each a scallop dish that was overpriced and came with creamy corn, soggy asparagus and some kind of tastles purée . The dishes were very bland and tasteless. The risotto was watery as opposed to creamy, the rice wasn't arborio rice, just regular rice. My husband dish had some kind of thin spaghetti and tomatoes with olives and seafood without any flavour. Service was terribly slow!!! 20 mins to get the bill plus 15 mins to being able to pay in restaurant that has total of 4 tables and no space to get up and use the washroom....oh now that we are talking about washroom(if you can call it that) it is a very tiny,veeeery dark little room that was so dirty and uncomfortable to use...Needless to say, we are NEVER going back!!!! Pricey bland food and very snoby oner/chef,drinks are ok-ish but over priced,I don't understand what are these ppl thinking when they open a hole and put their prices up like this... there are many places that are 100% better why waste your time,money and energy."

"Was looking forward to an authentic Italian dinner. Caesar salad was poor then followed by a poor cut of steak with what appeared to be mushrooms from a can! Very poor quality. Would not recommend for the money."

"Came here for a backyard party and some great Portuguese cuisine! There was a little bit of everything from the sangria with fresh fruit, to suckling pig, fresh cheese, grilled calamari and flaming sausages. It was a right feast, so feast we did! Jerry, our server, was super knowledgable and explained everything to us from the way the food was prepared to the reasons why they are served in certain pottery dishes. The bounty included a light cucumber onion tomato salad, garlicky prawns, massive sardines (trying to fillet these sardines was quite the experience- I recommend getting a pro to show you , tasty yellow rice, BBQ chicken and potatoes. And if that's not enough there was also steak and egg with Portuguese chips called palla palla. Dessert was some kind of cream custard that was heaven and not to be missed. It's called nato do ceu and I think it literally translated to something from heaven! If you're looking for a fun date night and a new experience. Check this place out. "I found it ordinary. The stand out was the service. My burger with sautéd onions was terrible. Our table also had the sweet potato toast and seafood chowder and they were both said to be very good. Found pricing to be ok"

"Absolutely loved it. Service was great. Food was delicious. I had a couple of work colleagues invited and they loved it too. We will certainly go back. I have tried their brunch as well. The pulled brisket bene coupled with their french press coffee is certainly worth trying ."

"We booked a reservation on line when the bookings opened up 3 weeks ago there was no opportunity to select any particular table and yet when we arrived the only table offered was right beside the kitchen as all other tables were “reserved”....Even when we were prepared to sit on the patio we were told that the tables on the front patio were all reserved. The woman who said that she was a/the manager not sure if she really was) was condescending and rude. It was clear that she knew it was a busy Saturday night and they didn’t need our business so were indifferent as to whether we were happy and couldn’t have cared less whether we stayed or whether we left the restaurant. The server was nice enough though she kept pushing us to order $160 bottles of wine and any time I suggested something less expensive around $75 80) she suggested that we wouldn’t enjoy it for one reason or another their wine pricing is rather extraordinary considering that all of their wines are Greek and I don’t think there’s a bottle of Greek wine that can be purchased in Ontario for more than about $15). Anyway, the food is tasty though the portions are small and it’s quite pricey for what it is. All in all, it seems like a restaurant that is very impressed with itself and really couldn’t care less about its diners. I’d suggest that people stay away unless you want to spend about $300 per couple and feel that they are doing you a favour by serving you."
