"That was definitely one of the worst pizza spots we experienced. that was our third time here. it tried again, but the experience was terrible. the service was lukewarm. the pizzas are cold. I can't recommend infernos. the ambiente is not comfortable, and the music when you can call music is terrible."

"I had been sent off by a few people because I LOVE prime rib. I had just heard great things about the restaurant. Unfortunately the whole experience was disappointing for us. We had reserved at the open table and requested a stand. When we got there, the hostess didn't confirm our reservation when we told her we booked them online and still got us to a table. She was our waitress and was pretty good. The drinks were well made but small for the price. We ordered the prime rib. I got the girls cut and my husband got the kings cut which is about a $ 20 difference in price. When they came out, they were exactly the smaller portion I ordered in length and thickness. We ordered medium rarity (which it came out like that), but it had no flavor and was extremely tough. If there's one thing I love almost as much as prime rib, it's ranch dressing. It was chunky and tasted terrible. (and no, it wasn't blue cheese) To get our USD 100 bill at the end of our meal, we were both utterly disappointed with the entire meal. The quality did not reflect the cost."

"Honestly the flavors of the food are so delicious and the portions are generous, it’s totally worth the price. I don’t think it’s unreasonable as some of the other reviews have stated. It’s not a $5 burger from a fast food joint. It’s better quality food. I wish everyone knew about this place, and we are lucky to have one close by!"

"We have intervened several times here, but the last time was not satisfactory at a distance. When I came to the restaurant to get our food, it didn't seem that the order was ready. then I was told that it was ready and waiting to be picked up, and got a bag with food. When I came home, we discovered that the hummus, extra pita and baklava we ordered were not given to us. I called the restaurant and the manager said we were refunded for the missing items. after a few days without refund, I contacted her about her website and like the refund, I wait for something. ... everything. even an answer that said: hey, we have their message and will come back with them would be nice, but no, I have krickets chirping. we like to eat when we get it, but with such experience we won't eat soon from here, if time and again."
