"Only sparkling wine was Prosecco in tiny one serving bottles. No cognac or lemon juice so couldn’t make a sidecar. But the food was up to snuff. Very good lasagna and very good eggplant Parmesan"

"Although the restaurant was clean, the service wasn't the best. The place was almost empty, with a couple servers standing around, yet it took almost 15 minutes for us to be acknowledged, and the waiter never stopped by to check on us or refill drinks. The food? Terrible. My spaghetti was so watery, it was almost as if they didn't drain the noodles. My food had no flavor. My husband ordered the fettuccine, and was offered soup or salad. He declined but got the soup anyways. Meaning his pasta was that soupy. I'm not kidding when I said the food was so bad, I puked it up in the parking lot. Friendly staff, terrible place."

"We ordered and then picked up Thanksgiving dinner for the family. It was very good. They also have a great deli sandwich operation. There is a full service meat counter just like the old days."

"The service was impeccable. Most enjoyed their food but I cannot recommend the Rigatoni All’ Amatriciana. It had a wonderful flavor but the pasta was undercooked, there were many onions and very little prosciutto. Others had chicken and steak dinners and thoroughly enjoyed them."

"This is really nice for a fast food style restaurant. The food here is good quality. For me the best part is they have a wide variety of dishes available that there is practically something here that everyone can find something to eat. It is great when you have picky eaters."

"Rating: 4.8 Stars This was my first trip to Il Bel Lago, and I really enjoyed it. I ordered the Lasagna, and it was absolutely fantastic. The sauce was sweet, and meat had great flavor and was not too salty. The cheese was tasty, and the basil added a lot of flavor. Additionally, the flat pasta was superbly cooked. The components of this Lasagna complimented each other perfectly. Lastly, I absolutely loved the generous portion. I also had two glasses of Cabernet Sauvignon, and it was good. I was here to give a lecture, and I had to wait to eat my meal. They kindly delayed brining my order out until after the talk, which was greatly appreciated. The waiter was very attentive. I look forward to coming back here with a date (if I can find one)."
